When we started working with Sposter back in 2021, they had an
MVP product with a few clients, but guys were ready to fight.

Reinventing an already existing product is a little scary, but this was one of the most exciting and largest projects I had worked on at that time, here’s the challenging objectives I managed:

• Prepare a full on industry analysis on similar tools

• Structure and wireframe new product

• Design concepts and build a product brand

• Develop a design system and style guide

• Prepare a working, clickable design prototype

• Test and iterate the product with real users

• Prepare product for responsive versions
